Avora Aviation acquires MSN 4247 from Castlelake, on lease to Fly2Sky

Dubai, UAE – 5 October - Avora Aviation, a Dubai-based aircraft leasing and asset management company, has acquired an Airbus A320 aircraft, MSN 4247, from Castlelake, a global alternative investment manager specializing in asset-based investing. The aircraft is acquired on lease to Fly2Sky - member of Avora Group (the "Group").

Taking direct ownership of an aircraft Avora Aviation already has in possession gives ultimate control over the asset, secures its long-term value for the group and grants asset management flexibility.
