Avora Aviation has closed a sale-and-leaseback of one airbus A320 with FTAI Aviation

Dubai, UAE – 21 August 2026 – Avora Aviation announces the successful completion of a sale and leaseback transaction with FTAI Aviation involving one Airbus A320 aircraft, MSN 5931.

The aircraft will be operated by Fly2Sky Airlines and is scheduled to enter service later in August 2026. Its delivery supports Fly2Sky’s fleet renewal and restructuring plans for 2026, while also contributing to Avora’s broader platform across aircraft leasing, trading and airline operations.

The transaction reflects Avora’s disciplined approach to fleet and capital management, enabling the company to unlock resources and support continued growth across its aviation businesses.
